• Lead and oversee the delivery of exceptional resident care.
• Manage and mentor nursing staff while guiding daily clinical operations.
• Supervise, coach, and support the professional growth of nurses and caregivers.
• Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and drive individualized care planning.

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Active RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing environment.
