Starting Salary: $100,000 + $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus.

As a Director of Nursing, you will inspire and lead a team of caring professionals to provide exceptional senior care, building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Organize, direct, and oversee the care of our residents in compliance with facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations, with the goal of providing the best resident care and outcomes.

• Strong ability to problem solve and communicate complex issues
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
• Nursing experience (assisted living, elderly care, long term care, and/or memory care)

• Must have and maintain throughout employment a Registered Nursing license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
