Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community, part of American Baptist Homes of the Midwest is hiring an MDS Coordinator (RN) to support clinical operations and ensure accurate assessments and care planning within our community. • Competitive Pay: $75,000–$99,000/year
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (on-site)
• Mission-Driven Work: Directly support resident outcomes through high-quality assessment and care planning
• Supportive Team Culture: Collaborate with a dedicated and compassionate clinical team

• Coordinate and oversee the interdisciplinary MDS assessment and care planning process
• Ensure timely and accurate completion and transmission of MDS assessments
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and Medicare regulations
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support quality outcomes
• Monitor assessment timelines and address changes in resident condition
• Support documentation accuracy and reimbursement integrity

• Active RN license (unencumbered) required
• Minimum 1 year of recent MDS nursing experience
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
