What you'll do
- Provide hands-on nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Support residents' physical, mental, and social well-being
- Help build and update care plans through assessments and evaluations
- Carry out nursing interventions based on each resident's care plan
- Work closely with residents, families, and the care team, including a clear handoff between shifts
Required:
- Active LPN license in Wisconsin, or an active out-of-state LPN license you can transfer
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- At least 1 year of LPN experience in healthcare or long-term care
- Able to read, write, and speak English (needed for medication administration and care documentation)
Preferred:
- Comfortable working independently and managing shifting priorities in a clinical setting
- $30.00–$35.00 an hour, credit given for experience
- Shift differential: +$2.00/hour for PM and overnight shifts
- Weekend differential: +$0.75/hour, on top of the shift differential

PM (2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m.) or overnight (11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.), rotating weekends and holidays. Open to full-time, part-time, and PRN, availability by shift confirmed during the application process.
