About this position$35.00-$41.00/hour, credit given for experience,plus a $2.00/hour shift differential for PM and overnight, an additional $0.75/hour weekend differential, holiday pay, and on-call bonuses. Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community is hiring RNs for PM (2:30 p.m.
-11:00 p.m.) and overnight (11:00 p.m.
-7:00 a.m.)
- Pay: $35.00-$41.00/hour, credit given for experience, plus holiday pay
- Shift differential: +$2.00/hour for PM and overnight shifts
- Weekend differential: +$0.75/hour, on top of the shift differential
- Sign-on bonus: up to $5,000, based on position and eligibility
- Schedule:
PM shift (2:30 p.m.
-11:00 p.m.) or PRN, with weekend and holiday rotation
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
- Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
- Conduct resident assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations
- Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Required:
- Active RN license (Wisconsin, or an active out-of-state RN license you can transfer)
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Preferred:
- Geriatric or nursing home experience
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
