Installation Technician

As a Residential HVAC Installation Technician, you will play a crucial role in installing residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that HVAC systems are installed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with industry standards and company protocols. You will collaborate closely with our customers, providing outstanding service and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Install new residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, ventilation systems, and related components.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their HVAC needs and provide expert recommendations and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all installation activities using tablet.
• Comply with safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies at all times.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a recognized HVAC program preferred.
• Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA 608 certification) is preferred but can be attained while working with our company
• Valid driver's license.
• Proven experience in residential HVAC installations.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform HVAC installation tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
