Mechanical Technician

We’re seeking a Mechanical Technician to join a small, growing team in the Muskego area. This is a hands‑on, shop‑based role ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and repairing equipment in a structured but relaxed environment.

If you enjoy fixing things — cars, equipment, electronics, or machinery — this could be a great fit. Military veterans and mechanically inclined candidates are encouraged to apply.

You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing equipment before it’s returned to customers, helping ensure high-quality service and reliable performance.

This is not a desk job — you’ll be actively working on equipment daily.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
• Repair and refurbish equipment in a shop setting
• Test units to ensure proper operation before shipment
• Document repairs and parts used
• Maintain an organized and safe workspace
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily repair goals

• Hands‑on mechanical aptitude (professional or hobby experience welcome)
• Comfortable using hand tools and diagnostic equipment
• Basic electrical knowledge is a plus
• Ability to follow repair procedures and quality standards
• Dependable, team‑oriented, and willing to learn
• Experience in automotive repair, maintenance, equipment service, or military technical roles is highly valued
