1st and 2nd Shift Options

Biweekly Pay
- 5am-3pm M-F (EXP Required For This Shift). OT after 40 hrs worked.
- 2pm-10pm M-F. (Entry Level/Intermediate Exp Fine). OT after 40hrs worked.
Weekly Pay
Union Shop.
Shift: 4 10's. 3pm-1am Tue-Fri. OT after 40hrs worked.
What You’ll Do (The Fun Stuff):- Play Doctor to Big Rigs:
Diagnose, repair, and rebuild heavy-duty diesel trucks and rolling stock. You’re the expert who keeps our wheels turning. - Master the Tech:
Utilize cutting-edge diagnostic software alongside classic power and hand tools to solve operational riddles. - Own Your Space:
Plan and schedule repairs using our M5 planner, procure parts, and maintain a clean, organized work area you can be proud of. - Be the Mentor:
Assist in training and orienting new team members, sharing your knowledge to help the crew grow.
- The Credentials: A High School Diploma or GED (a technical diploma is definitely a plus!).
- The
Experience:
At least one (1) year of hands-on experience as a diesel mechanic. - The Brains:
Computer literacy is a must—you should be eager to learn our software systems and stay updated on the latest industry tech. - The Muscle:
You aren’t afraid of a workout. You can frequently lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds and handle the active, loud environment of a bustling repair shop. - The Toolbox:
You possess, provide, and maintain the essential tools needed to perform heavy/hydraulic equipment maintenance. - The Mindset: A strong commitment to safety regulations and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
