Webb Chemical is seeking a Facilities Project Engineer to manage capital improvement projects, facility upgrades, and infrastructure investments across our manufacturing sites. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to company leadership and opportunities for future operations leadership.
What You’ll Do- Lead capital projects from concept through completion
- Manage project budgets, timelines, contractors, and vendors
- Drive facility improvements and operational efficiencies
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS teams
- Support long-term capital planning and strategic initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related) or 3+ years of Project Management Experience
- Experience with capital projects, manufacturing, or facility improvements
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Growth path toward Operations Leadership and Plant Management
- Ownership of impactful, high‑visibility projects
