Salary Range: $127,000 - $177,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Manage and optimize the company's cost accounting system, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Lead the annual budget process and provide ongoing financial forecasting and analysis.
• Collaborate with operations to analyze production costs, identify efficiencies, and support strategic decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital to optimize financial performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification highly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
