Our client, a dynamic organization in the market research industry, is seeking an Outbound Call Center representative to join their team. You will be part of the Customer Engagement Department supporting survey and data collection initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to organizational objectives, which will align successfully within the team.
Job Title: Outbound Call Center
Location: Grandville, MI (Remote options available)
Pay $13.00 to start:
Shift: Schedules are typically 1-9pm. Agents sign up for the hours they want to work. Must be very committed once hours are selected.
What's the Job?
- Conduct political surveys over the phone with clear and vivid communication.
- Engage with respondents in a professional and engaging manner to gather accurate data.
- Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and commitment during scheduled hours.
- Follow training protocols and scripts to ensure consistency and quality.
- Record survey responses accurately using provided technology tools.
What's Needed?
- Possess a laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 and a camera (camera will not be used during surveys).
- Wired headset and Ethernet cable for high-speed internet during training and surveys.
- Ability to read aloud clearly and confidently.
- Strong English pronunciation skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for conducting calls.
