Salary Range: $48,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Norton Shores seeking Customer Service Representatives who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Process customer orders accurately, ensuring proper part numbers and quantities.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to provide customers with accurate lead times and shipping updates.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping errors, or damaged goods.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Provide technical support and product information to customers.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering to address complex customer requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product life cycles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in CRM software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
