Beach Elementary

POSITION:
Noon Supervisor

HOURS:

Monday
- Friday, student days only

5 hours per day, 25 hours per week

8:15 am to 9:15 am

11:00 am to 3:00 pm

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience with elementary students is preferred.

• Supervise drop-off routine: manage student behaviors, breakfast in the cafeteria, drop-off lane, and playground.
• Supervise lunch: manage student behaviors, wash tables, dismiss students to recess, etc.
• Supervise recess: manage student behaviors, actively patrol playground, dismiss students to line spots, etc.
• Proactively build student relationships to mitigate student behaviors.
• Hold students accountable to our ROCKS expectations.
• Use school-wide incentives to acknowledge positive student behavior (ROCKS slips).
• Use behavior referral program (SWIS) to record student behavior.
• Assist students with minor first aid.
• Work outside in winter conditions.
• Other duties as assigned by the school administration.
