Adjunct Faculty – Psychology (Running Start Program)

Baker College is seeking an adjunct faculty member to teach psychology for its Running Start Program at Muskegon High School. The Running Start class will meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:20 AM to 10:50 AM. The instructional term begins on August 24 and concludes on January 15.

Qualified candidates must hold a master’s degree in psychology or an acceptable subfield (e.g., general, educational, clinical, social, experimental, industrial/organizational, human relations, counseling, human development, or social work). Candidates with a master’s in another discipline may be considered if they have completed at least 18 graduate semester hours in psychology.

Teaching responsibilities include delivering lecture and discussion sessions, preparing and grading assignments, providing student support, and contributing to a student‑first learning environment.

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field, or equivalent coursework.
