Overview
Seeking a high energy leader to drive cost improvements and guide an engineering team in tooling design, robotics, quoting, and technology advancement. Must excel with customers and engage in hands-on engineering. CAD and robotics experience preferred. Ideal candidate leads by example and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Lead by example and drive cost reduction and process improvements within the engineering team
- Guide tooling design, robotics/automation, and technology advancement initiatives
- Collaborate with customers and engage in hands-on engineering activities
- Support quoting, cost analysis, and manufacturability reviews
- High-energy engineering leader with hands-on manufacturing experience
- Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams while driving cost reduction
- Strong background in tooling design, robotics/automation, and continuous improvement
- Customer-focused with excellent technical communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting quoting, cost analysis, and manufacturability reviews
- Proficiency with CAD software; robotics experience preferred
- Leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
