Spring 2027 Semester Engineering Student Co-Op opening (paid, with housing stipend). Search for an Engineering student for our plant in Muskegon, Michigan.

A minimum of a 3-month assignment. Part-time employment (20+hrs/week) for 6 months also qualifies.

Support Engineering team to assist in projects, planned outages and mechanical equipment opportunities.

• Assist in developing, documenting, and improving preventive maintenance or continuous improvement programs to support equipment availability and throughput.
• Provide support for equipment failures and loss of production.
• Assist in analyzing production delay data to establish and document or modify preventive maintenance tasks.
• Provide support for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relationships.
• Assist with Project Engineering duties.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Work with engineer(s) to prepare, coordinate and maintain schedules for extended production outages and major maintenance work.
• Work with maintenance craftsmen and operations to meet department goals.

• Competencies: Basic knowledge of engineering, interpersonal skills, computer skills.
• Education and Experience: Enrolled and completed 2+ years at an accredited university in Engineering or similar discipline.
