Must have at least (2-3) years of plant environmental experience and a Bachelor of Science in related technical field only!
Position will be a member of the site EHS team, report into the Plant EHS Manager and support environmental compliance activities for a large, union manufacturing plant.
Manage environmental issues, regulatory reports and permits as related to the following disciplines: air, wastewater, storm water, chemical and waste disposal and recycling.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain processes and systems to ensure compliance with permits and regulation.
- Coach and mentor line personnel in the execution of their environmental accountabilities.
- Compile and submit required environmental reports to Federal, State and Local Regulatory Agencies.
- Coordinates all Environmental sampling, reporting and follow-up.
- Preparation and submission of required reports and associated recordkeeping.
