Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 6 to 10 years of experience in managing projects involving DCS, PLC, SCADA, and Emerson Delta V systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals. This hybrid role requires excellent technical and managerial skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects involving DCS, PLC, SCADA, and Emerson Delta V systems.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Provide direction and support to the project team.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

  Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Have 6 to 10 years of experience in project management, specifically with DCS, PLC, SCADA, and Emerson Delta V systems.
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills in DCS, PLC, SCADA, and Emerson Delta V systems.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Show proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Display the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Possess the ability to work in a hybrid work model.
