Job Summary

As an Attraction Attendant at Five Star Parks & Attractions, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities include running attractions, assisting guests, and ensuring a clean and safe gaming environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, be able to troubleshoot minor issues, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate attractions while following all safety expectations (age restrictions per law)
  • Anticipate and solve any guest issues, with or without assistance
  • Communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • Engage guests often to ensure a positive and lasting experience
  • Keep surrounding area neat, tidy, and clean
  • Stay organized and aware of party schedules to execute successfully booked events
  • Answer any basic questions about the facility including pricing, directions, duration of game play, etc.
  • Embodies the core values of Sharing Fun, Putting People First, Pursuing Excellence, and Creating Lasting Memories
Responsibilities for Minors
  • 14‑15 Years of Age:
    Guest Service, general cleaning, monitoring guests, operation of a cash register
  • 16‑17 Years of Age:
    Guest Service, general cleaning, monitoring guests, operation of a cash register, ride operation, food preparation
Skills & Requirements
  • Desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat, and sociable throughout the workday
  • Flexibility to work varying days, nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Walking or standing for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
  • Performing functions that require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing, and stocking up to 50 lbs.
  • Quick and accurate communication skills
  • Working in an environment with bright, dim, or flashing lights and loud sounds
  • Manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
  • Understanding, following, and maintaining safety standards at all times
