Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst supports plant financial performance through cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, and process improvement. This role partners with plant leadership to provide actionable insights, manage financial reporting accuracy, and support operational decision-making.

• Lead plant/shop floor cost accounting and reporting processes
• Analyze financial and operational results, identifying trends and improvement opportunities
• Support month-end close, including reconciliations and coordination of journal entries
• Maintain daily and monthly reporting systems for plant leadership
• Track and resolve accounts receivable (AR) reconciliation issues
• Support capital projects, fixed assets, and spend management initiatives
• Develop reports and perform data extraction to support business needs
• Support SOX compliance and internal control requirements
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed
• Assist with quarterly and annual corporate tax reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of financial experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical, reporting, and financial modeling skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency;
  PowerPoint skills preferred
• Experience with cost accounting strongly preferred
• Strong communication and business partnering skills
