Join SAF-HOLLAND as a Treasury Manager! Are you a strategic finance professional who enjoys turning data into decisions, building strong banking relationships, and driving cash flow performance? SAF-HOLLAND is looking for a Treasury Manager to join our team in Muskegon, Michigan and play a key role in supporting financial strategy across North America.
As our Treasury Manager, you'll partner directly with senior leadership to lead treasury operations, optimize liquidity, strengthen working capital performance, oversee banking relationships, manage insurance programs, and support critical business initiatives. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact on a growing global manufacturing organization.
What You'll Be Doing:- Lead cash management and liquidity planning across North America
- Develop and enhance cash flow forecasting and reporting
- Drive working capital improvements and process efficiencies
- Manage banking relationships and treasury service providers
- Oversee corporate credit card and Travel & Entertainment programs
- Support insurance and risk management activities
- Strengthen treasury controls, compliance, and financial governance
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic financial initiatives and business growth opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in treasury, finance, accounting, banking, cash management, or working capital analysis
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency and ERP experience, preferably SAP
