Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Finance to lead the organization's financial planning, analysis, and accounting functions. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role will serve as a key business partner responsible for driving financial strategy, supporting company growth initiatives, and building scalable financial processes and infrastructure.

- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that support company growth, profitability, and long-term business objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cash flow management, and multi-year financial planning processes.
- Evaluate capital investments, growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and business opportunities through financial analysis, ROI assessments, and business case development.
- Monitor key financial and operational metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance and drive decision-making.
- Oversee all finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and relationships with external auditors and financial partners.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while building scalable processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure to support organizational growth.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, financial visibility, and overall business performance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on commercial matters, contracts, risk management, and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Demonstrated success supporting growth within a small-to-mid-sized business.
- Strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling experience.
- Experience evaluating capital investments and supporting strategic business decisions.
- Proven people leadership experience with the ability to develop and mentor team members.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and internal controls.
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
