Part time Surgical Technologist – Trinity Health Muskegon
OverviewBegin an assignment with First Choice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution. This 13‑week, 40‑hour shift (6 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.) offers premium compensation (gross weekly rate $2,120) and flexible scheduling. The role requires on‑call rotation and the ability to float across multiple hospital locations.
Responsibilities- Float throughout the hospital and/or through multiple hospital locations and/or regions.
- Incorporate and demonstrate standard elements of professional practice: assess, outcomes identification/solutions, plan, implement, evaluate.
- Act independently and appropriately within scope of knowledge and experience in the practice area.
- Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement practices and outcomes.
- Exhibit agility and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities.
- Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.
- Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program for Surgical Technologist (preferred).
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) (preferred).
- Minimum 18 months CST experience required, or 5 years work experience if program not completed.
- Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
- Ability to complete orientation and training; schedule options available.
