Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Sunday | 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary healthcare team. Under the direct supervision of the Site Manager, this position supports medical and nursing providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Scribe Skills Preferred – Or Willingness To TrainA key component of this position involves medical scribing, including documenting provider-patient interactions in real time. Previous scribing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated to learn and develop these skills.

- Support providers by preparing patients for examinations and procedures
- Collect and document vital signs and patient histories
- Scribe during medical examinations or complete training to become a medical scribe
- Ensure examination rooms and medical equipment are properly maintained
- Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
- Contribute to quality initiatives and organizational standards, including QA/PI, HEDIS, PCMH, and other accreditation requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Current Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Basic computer and electronic health record (EHR) skills
- Working knowledge of insurance types is a plus
