What You’ll Do

As a Commodity Manager, you will lead sourcing strategies and supplier relationships that directly impact our global operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute regional and global sourcing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead cost-reduction initiatives through negotiation, sourcing strategies, and process improvements
  • Manage strategic sourcing activities including spend, market, and financial analysis
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage key suppliers and long-term partnerships
  • Negotiate complex supplier agreements and contracts
  • Drive supplier performance, development, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support product launches and innovation through supplier collaboration
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while ensuring continuity and performance
  • Mentor and support development of sourcing team members
What You Bring

We’re looking for a results-driven leader who can balance strategy with execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement
  • Proven success developing sourcing strategies and delivering measurable cost savings
  • Strong negotiation and contract management experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex projects
  • Professional certification (CPM or similar) preferred
