A leading manufacturing firm in Muskegon, Michigan seeks a LEAN Coordinator to implement and sustain LEAN manufacturing principles. The candidate will work cross-functionally to drive operational excellence, eliminating waste, standardizing work, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in a continuous improvement or manufacturing excellence role. LEAN certification is preferred.

This position involves regular engagement on the manufacturing floor and may require lifting up to 25 lbs.
