• Lead tooling strategy and innovation with direct impact on global manufacturing operations
• Play a key role in advancing automation, digitalization, and next-generation tooling technology
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and leadership teams
• Influence long-term tooling standards, processes, and talent development

• Lead and oversee tooling operations from design through build, launch, and production readiness
• Drive tooling standardization, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery across sites
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to support program launches and tooling solutions
• Manage toolroom operations, including machining, assembly, maintenance planning, and continuous improvement
• Develop tooling leaders through coaching, performance management, and succession planning

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year
