Salary Range: $40,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and position machinery, tools, and materials for production runs.
• Adjust and calibrate equipment settings to meet product specifications.

• Document setup parameters, adjustments, and any encountered problems.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as blueprints or schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
