VCT Machine Operator IN MUSKEGON, MI

To load and operate shot peening machines and auxiliary equipment to maintain required quality and quantity of production.

• Read and interpret blueprints or hand sketches or works from verbal or written instruction
• Performs duties autonomously and pays attention to detail; offers flexibility and willingness to work overtime
• Works under and receives training from Production Supervisor and Team Leader
• Works according to SCHERDEL‘s and the Customer‘s quality and environmental system requirements

• Keeps count of completed product on each run, records, and disposes of spoilage properly.

• Ensures that Scherdel's SST processes and standards are maintained and used.

• Completes department-required paperwork.

• High school Diploma or GED:
