Job Description & How to Apply Below

CNC Setup & Process Optimization Machinist A day in this role

You arrive to a clean, organized cell, pull up the latest print, and begin dialing in tool lengths and offsets. A changeover is due—fixtures are swapped, the next program is queued, and you coach an operator through safe loading and unloading. Mid-cycle, you inspect parts with calipers and micrometers, confirm critical features with pin/thread/ring gages, and log job time accurately. When a tool shows wear, you replace it before downtime hits.

By shift’s end, you’ve reduced scrap, kept the spindle cutting, and shared tips that make the entire team faster and more accurate.
