We're looking for motivated Machine Operators to operate production equipment, ensure product quality, and help deliver world-class products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. whatyou will do:
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production requirements
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and comparators to ensure accuracy
- Monitor production output and complete required documentation
- Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues
- Maintain a clean work area while supporting team and production goals
- High school Diploma or GED:
Required - At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or machine operation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Flexibility to meet changing production needs
- Automotive or ISO-certified production background
- Experience reading blueprints or technical drawings
- Knowledge of quality standards and inspection processes
- Troubleshooting and equipment adjustment experience
- Continuous improvement mindset and strong teamwork skills
- Hourly rate starting from $18/hour (plus $3/hr. shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift)
