Overview
Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) with Trinity Health At Home – Muskegon, MI, brings high-quality, compassionate care directly to patients where they feel safest and most comfortable: their homes. You’ll use advanced tools, your clinical expertise, and a whole-person approach to help patients heal, regain independence, and thrive.
ResponsibilitiesProvide patient-centered home health nursing care to support healing, independence, and well-being in the patient’s home environment. Utilize the Epic EMR system for streamlined charting and communication. Deliver one-on-one, relationship-driven care that makes a real difference in the lives of patients and families.
Qualifications- Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience.
- ICU, ER, Urgent Care, Critical Care, or Rehab experience.
- Home healthcare experience is a plus.
- Strong computer and technology skills.
- Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
