** What You'll Do*
* As a
** Registered Nurse (RN)** , you will:
+ Deliver holistic, patient-centered care by assessing health data, creating individualized care plans, and evaluating outcomes.
+ Collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, personalized care.
+ Support all aspects of the patient experience, making a meaningful impact on every patient's journey.
** Minimum Qualifications*
* + Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
+ Current
** Michigan RN license** .
+ 1 year experience in a Med Surg area preferred.
+
** ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required** .
+ Commitment to Trinity Health's mission, vision, and values.
** Continuing Employment Requirements*
* + Familiarity with hospital and department policies and procedures, including accepted methods for requisitioning ancillary services and working with medical staff. _(Typically acquired during 1-3 months of orientation.)_
+ Maintain current nursing knowledge, BLS certification, and required CEUs for licensure.
+ Demonstrate and articulate commitment to the philosophy, values, mission, and vision of Trinity Health Muskegon.
