Position Details- Full‑time, 12‑hour shifts
- Shifts:
Day – 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM;
Night – 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM - 72 hours per pay period
- Weekends and holidays scheduled per CBA

What You’ll Do- Deliver holistic, patient‑centered care by assessing health data, creating individualized care plans, and evaluating outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence‑based, personalized care.
- Support all aspects of the patient experience, making a meaningful impact on every patient’s journey.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current Michigan RN license.
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
- Commitment to Trinity Health’s mission, vision, and values.
- Sign‑On bonus: 1 year RN licensed experience required.
- Familiarity with hospital and department policies and procedures; usually gained during 1–3 months of orientation.
- Maintain current nursing knowledge, BLS certification, and required CEUs for licensure.
