Registered Nurse (RN) – General Med Surg – $11,000 Sign-On Bonus!

• Full‑time, 12‑hour shifts
• Shifts:
  
  Day – 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM;
  Night – 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 72 hours per pay period
• Weekends and holidays scheduled per CBA

• Deliver holistic, patient‑centered care by assessing health data, creating individualized care plans, and evaluating outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence‑based, personalized care.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Michigan RN license.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Commitment to Trinity Health’s mission, vision, and values.
• Sign‑On bonus: 1 year RN licensed experience required.

• Familiarity with hospital and department policies and procedures; usually gained during 1–3 months of orientation.
• Maintain current nursing knowledge, BLS certification, and required CEUs for licensure.
