LPN, LPN​/LVN, Healthcare Nursing

Grifols, in partnership with ABC Healthcare, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide compassionate, patient‑centred care across a variety of clinical settings, supporting physicians and registered nurses in delivering safe, high‑quality treatment. You will perform routine clinical tasks such as monitoring vital signs, administering medications and injections as ordered, assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures, dressing changes, wound care, and documenting all care accurately in the electronic medical record.

You will play a key role in patient and family education, reinforcing care plans, discharge instructions, and health‑management strategies to support positive patient outcomes.

Working closely with a multidisciplinary care team, you will collaborate with physicians, RNs, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care, communicate changes in patient condition promptly, and advocate for patient needs.
