** Opportunity Details**

** Primary Care (must be able to see all ages)

** Provider will cover various THMG Primary Care offices in the Muskegon/Lakeshore area
* ** Office hours:
** varies, primarily Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (some offices open at 7am)
* ** Additional details:**   + The provider will cover their own in basket as well as the provider they are covering for in the office.  + The provider will have an MA assigned at each office they are assisting at.

** Requirements
* ** Experience preferred and comfortable with working at multiple offices
* ** APPs:
** Board certified in specialty prior to employment
* Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
* DEA license
* ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
** Duties & Responsibilities
** A typical day may include:
* Providing direct patient care
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
* Participating in teaching and mentoring
* Documenting in Epic EMR
* Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
* Supporting community health efforts
