Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes, create individualized care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and support recovery and independence. • Graduate of an approved Nursing education program; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Michigan.
• Minimum of one (1) year professional registered nursing experience.
• Medical surgical experience preferred; home health or hospice experience is a plus.
• Strong computer and technology skills required.
• Must have a current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
