Responsibilities
- Float seamlessly between hospital units and facilities, bringing your expertise where it's needed most.
- Provide specialized inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.
- Partner with diverse hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff across different locations to ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Monitor high‑acuity patients, adjust treatments on the fly, and ensure top‑tier clinical outcomes.
- Support and oversee patient care alongside Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) in ever‑changing environments.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- ADN required; BSN preferred.
- ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience is highly beneficial for a float role, but not required.
- CNN/CDN certification (preferred).
- Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available).
