Restorative Nursing Aide

Orchard View Post Acute Full Time | Monday through Friday Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour

Orchard View Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and motivated Restorative Aide to join our team! If you're passionate about helping residents maintain their independence and quality of life while working alongside an exceptional team, we'd love to hear from you.

• Carry out restorative nursing programs under the direction of licensed nursing staff

• Assist residents with exercises, ambulation, transfers, range of motion, and other restorative activities

• Encourage residents to achieve their highest level of independence and function

• Observe, document, and report resident progress and any changes in condition

• Maintain accurate documentation of restorative services provided in Point Click Care

• Foster meaningful relationships with residents while providing compassionate, patient-centered care

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver the highest quality of care

• Follow facility policies and procedures to ensure resident safety and quality outcomes

• Current Restorative Nursing Assistant certification required

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• One year of experience in a skilled nursing or long term care setting preferred

• Proficient with basic computer skills, including accurate documentation in Point Click Care  or similar electronic medical record systems
