Clinical Services Director - Emergency Department

Description:

Provides operations and optimization leadership focus. May provide leadership and direction through managers or senior managers. Responsible for directing, coordinating, and affecting large complex processes with strong dependencies andbroad resources. Accountable for the performance, regulatory readiness and results of large, strategic/diverse disciplines across cross-functional teams or departments. Accountable to ensure organizational mission, values and goals are being carried out within a matrixed organization.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice / employment.
• BSN Required;
  Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing required within 18 months of hire.
• Leadership experience or other experience / licensure / certifications aligned with area of responsibility and assignment.
• Five years of direct clinical experience in the service lines involved with 3 years progressive management/leadership experience in an acute care environment or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
