Registered Nurse - Emergency Room; ER RN; Muskegon, MI

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care. This contract role offers a chance to provide critical patient support in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. You will play a vital role in assessing, triaging, and delivering quality care to patients experiencing urgent and emergent health concerns.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year professional experience in an Emergency Room setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS or TNCC certification strongly preferred
• Sound clinical judgment with the ability to respond adeptly in high-pressure scenarios
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with modern EMR systems

Responsibilities:

• Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting to the Emergency Department
• Initiate and administer appropriate interventions, medications, and therapies as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans, treatments, and post-discharge instructions
• Adhere to facility protocols, quality assurance guidelines, and infection control procedures
• Respond quickly and efficiently to emergencies and life-threatening situations

$2,154 - $2,278/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
