Positions may involve directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering questions on product order status, handling cash management, or program compliance.
These roles are critical in ensuring high customer satisfaction. Candidates must work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, carriers, and operate with little or some supervision. They should be detail-oriented, possess good time management skills, demonstrate integrity, respond to operational concerns, and focus on store-specific objectives while supporting operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
