Wow customers through personal interactions and deliver excellent customer service;
Train crew on BEST customer service experience and ensure fast, friendly checkout;
Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure duties are performed effectively;
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for efficient stocking;
Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues;
Manage opening/closing processes including cash handling, door security, and alarms;
Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures;
Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service;
Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery;
Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock-room upkeep
