• Manage all sales and service activities for key health system accounts.
• Implement and monitor cost‑saving initiatives for key customers and execute sales and service improvements outlined in the Scope of Work (SOW).
• Develop, track, and review key performance indicators (KPIs) with key account stakeholders.
• Leverage Linde resources to support SOW implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across various roles, levels, and locations.
• Introduce new technologies and coordinate with the Linde Manufacturing & Fabrication Team.
• Increase wallet share (equipment and clinical products).
• Support Value Analysis Team (VAT) initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement modality changes such as Bulk and Microbulk.
• Optimize operations in areas including on‑site inventory management, safety stock for specialty items, service and delivery efficiency, site gas services, Microbulk capabilities, and research and development initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Welding or a technical field; high‑school diploma required.
• Five to seven (5–7) years of outside sales experience in competitive B2B environments preferred; automotive manufacturing experience a plus.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills in industrial and/or medical markets.
• Proven accountability for driving and growing top‑line sales revenue.
