Security Officer Part Time College

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for an educational location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with campus contacts and/or local responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout academic buildings, common areas, parking lots, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and observe campus activity during assigned shifts, offering directions and reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.;
Support Allied Universal standards by completing routine reports, maintaining a visible presence, and following post orders designed for an unarmed patrol assignment in a learning environment.
