CWC Textron is one of North America's leading automotive suppliers of cast camshafts. We are seeking energetic, dedicated individuals to join the Muskegon team in the capacity of Plant Protection Security Guard. The Guard is responsible for the efficient and safe daily production of cast camshafts by performing plant and grounds security checks, maintaining clean work areas, and promoting safety compliance.
Responsibilities- Practice and promote safe working habits in compliance with MIOSHA, Kautex, and CWC Textron safety standards.
- Perform regular plant and grounds security checks at pre-determined intervals during the shift.
- Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
- Demonstrate good attention to detail, even when doing repetitive work.
- Show team orientation and multitask effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Physically able to walk, bend, twist and stand repeatedly.
