Observe activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity; collect investigative evidence using CCTV and floor observations;
Document apprehensions, witness statements, retention of evidence, and disposition of recovered merchandise;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft;
Report suspected fraud and policy infractions to AP and/or store leadership;
Assist with incident investigations and asset protection audits
