Construction - Billboard Installer

We are hiring an Operations crew member to install and maintain billboards for brands in Muskegon, MI and surrounding areas. The role is entry‑level, full‑time, and requires working alone, managing your schedule, and working at heights up to 100 feet. You will be responsible for installing advertising signage, maintaining billboard cosmetics and structure, and ensuring safety at all times.

• Remove and hang flexes and vinyls, cut and prepare materials, and install copies on Tri‑Visions.
• Build and install extensions on billboards, cut brush/weeds, conduct storm damage repairs, and perform minor electrical repairs.
• Maintain a clean workshop area.
• Use power and manual tools while adhering to safety regulations.
• Attend installer and construction safety meetings as required.
• Maintain operation vehicles and construction equipment.
• Take completion photos to document installations.

• Ability to work alone and manage schedule effectively.
• Willingness to work at heights up to 100 feet.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Internet, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work from ladders and carry tools to the worksite.
• Working knowledge of electrical, fabrication, and technical document reading.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and related safety regulations.
• Ability to safely use construction equipment.
• Strong documentation skills using photos and written logs.
• Practical math skills related to construction tasks.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Completion of OSHA 10‑hour Construction course.
• CDL and Non‑CDL licenses are a plus.
• Previous experience working at heights up to 200 ft. preferred.
• Construction and/or billboard installation experience is a plus.

• Outdoor work, adverse weather, climbing to heights up to 200 ft.
• Heavy lifting up to 100 pounds, extensive bending, pushing, reaching, etc.
• Less than 10% nights traveling away from home.
• On‑call shifts may be required.
