As an Electrical Technician, you'll install, diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems on ambulances and other emergency vehicles. From warning lights and power systems to critical low-voltage components, you'll play a direct role in ensuring these vehicles leave our facility ready to perform when lives are on the line.

What You'll Do
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
  • Install and wire 12

    VDC and 120

    VAC electrical systems
  • Repair or replace wiring, switches, lights, and electrical components
  • Test systems for proper operation, safety, and compliance
  • Collaborate with technicians and mechanics to ensure vehicle readiness
  • Troubleshoot low-voltage electrical systems
  • Provide technical support to customers and team members
  • Stay current on evolving electrical technologies and best practices
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
We’re Looking For

You’re not afraid of wiring diagrams, voltage testing, or solving problems others can’t figure out.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience working with electrical wiring and systems
  • Strong understanding of 12

    VDC and 120

    VAC electrical systems
  • Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting low-voltage electrical systems
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
  • Knowledge of electrical safety standards and wiring best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

ADA Requirements
  • Stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, reach or otherwise move for extended periods of time.
  • Occasional repetitive motion and grasping.
  • Occasional climbing to reach areas.
  • Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs occasionally, more than 20 lbs frequently.
  • Typically sits, grasps items and performs keyboarding for occasional operation of a computer.
  • Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards which may require respiratory protection.
