ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?

  • Experience in facilities or residential maintenance
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently
  • Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, stand, and climb

Preferred candidates will have Fair Housing training or certification, a customer-service mindset, and experience in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or other skilled trades.

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, your day begins with reviewing resident work orders submitted through the resident portal and prioritizing the needs of the community. Throughout the day, you'll troubleshoot maintenance concerns, complete repairs, and ensure residents receive responsive, professional service that helps them feel comfortable in their homes. You'll also prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing unit turns, performing repairs, and ensuring every home is ready for move-in day.

As you conduct routine inspections throughout the property, you'll help maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of both interior and exterior spaces while staying in close communication with site management regarding maintenance needs. Through your efforts, you'll play a direct role in preserving the quality of the community and creating a positive living experience for every resident.
